I hate this logic but there really isn't an alternative so I'm forced to agree with you.

The reality is we have no ****ing clue who's actually coaching the best. Sometimes how well a team meshes or how motivated they are has **** all to do with the coaching staff. This is why some absolutely garbage coaches have COTY's.
