So they went from a team that went 52-25 in his last season with him on the floor, and to their fourth Finals in four years...

to a losing record last year, while missing the playoffs, and to a 48 or 49 win team that likely will lose to Lebron's team at some point in the post-season.

Now, if they can just add about 2-3 more very good players, and they may get back to where he left them.

Because they don't put all that on his plate. The way this heat teams built he nor anybody else needs to shoulder that much of the load this team is very balanced unlike the top heavy teams of years past. Who's to say he couldn't average 18-22 points with 6-8 assists as a go to guy?
