My hope is that he becomes a minority owner of the Lakers. He needs to be consulting our young players, setting them on the path to success. I'd like him as an assistant coach, or front office position. He needs to be what Magic was to him, a legendary player who has influence within the organization who can mentor and recruit future stars. He needs to be our recruiter.
