That is messed and shows Divac knows SH!T all about managing/build a team. Not saying Karl was the right fit but the front office direction is flawed with the constant change in coaching.

Find a good young coach and believe in him through good times AND bad. Build a culture on your team which comes from a solid blueprint from the coach. Identity will never be established when they are always looking for that small blip of immediate improvement.

I would have kept karl...made a draft day trade with cousins in the package...cauley stein is the new center so basically you giving cousins up for some supreme perimeter talent a la jimmy butler....possibly get the bulls draft pick or vice versa

I can't recall exactly when it happened, but I believe it was just after he got the job, but before he coached any games, he took Cousins to task to the media for turnovers. That's not leadership. Deal with people directly and earn their trust. Player/coaches will always disagree but Karl's former players seem to really hate his guts (Gill, Iguodala, Kemp, etc.). I doubt someone like Ray Allen is the type to rail against his former coach for no reason. I'm guessing there's some reason for it.
