Meltdown. How long are you losers going to blame Dwight for? Dwight who was back playing early after serious back surgery and who played half the season with a torn shoulder.

It is a given that he could average 25/5/5 on .46 FG% for at least 2 more years, until 39. Then, at 40 years old, he would average 22/5/7 on .45 FG%. So we have to keep that in mind when we rank him all-time.

pre-tear Achilles Kobe would been dropping 40+ in his sleep well into his 40s

the most complete offensive weapon the league has ever seen

Poor Dwight is a FA this offseason but his back never healed from carrying Kobe like Shaq and Pau. At least those two managed to escape with their backs intact to have significant success elsewhere.

He would have retired this season but he would have been a consistently top level player. I actually expected Kobe to come back near his usual self after the tear of his Achilles..

Dominique came back better than ever after his TEAR and he wasn't privileged to the technology we have today... Wilkins was injured at 32 and came back at 33 and had his best season ever... After that he still played GREAT AT 34 as well...

Wilkins avg 30 pts on 47 percent shooting and 38 percent shooting from 3 the year after his Achilles tear...

Kobe would've retired as the all time leading scorer if not for Dwight and Pau being so soft.

I love Pau, but he checked out and was never the same after his girl cheated with that scumbag Shannon Brown.
