View Full Version : Trolling aside, this game showed how much the Warriors need Curry.

We can make jokes about Klay Thompson and Draymond being better without Curry, but this game pretty much showed me how much the Warriors rely on Curry to both run the offense and provide spacing.

There were multiple points where the Warriors had NOTHING and the Rockets had multiple chances to capitalize. But of course, the Rockets suck major asshole. And Harden and Dwight turned the ball over and missed time after time.

Imagine they were playing a more competent team like the Cavs. They defenitely would've capitalized on the moments where the Warriors couldn't get going.

So you're saying when a team is without their best player and league MVP they're not as good?

They're definitely a good team without him, I'd say like 46-49 win-level and can beat some good teams if they execute, but overall I think it's pretty obvious that Steph is what really makes them legendary.

Can't overstate how dogshit the Rockets are though. Harden's awful leadership, no competitiveness, crappy body language and effort defensively has infected that entire team. Any self respecting team worth a damn would've jumped on this opportunity.

Rockets fell off hard. They are getting roasted. They'll probably play better at home. They will if they have any sort of pride. But the Warriors are a good team without Steph. They took care of business. But Step will definitely be needed to beat any of these other teams.
