It wasn't a move to get Durant.

Anyway, I personally think it was a move to get Durant.

:facepalm

How does the organization firing Brooks have ANYTHING to do with what KD wants?

Also, I have no clue if KD is coming... I was just surmising.

The OKC offense was basically iso-chuck when Brooks was there. It always came back to bite them in the playoffs. Not impressed with this hire.

They wanted to get a better coach than Wittman, one who could actually make in-game adjustments and be a master tactician. They brought in Scott Brooks.

With all do respect. They actually ran an offense when KD and Russ weren't in the game. It was the superstars/Sam Presti's fault, not Scott Brooks. Sam Presti is a control freak and he didn't allow Brooks to discipline those guys so his hands were tied. Therefore, when he would call a play they would just go out there and do whatever the fvck they wanted.

Scott Brooks is a great coach and a great developer.

Im not disagreeing but have you seen OKC play this year?
Not a few analysts pointed out that the their "system" of isos, Westbrook dominating the ball/chucking and Durant chucking etc are the SAME, the only difference was that OKC has gotten worse in 4th quarters.
