Each teacher should be allowed a 'hall pass' a year to beat the fck out of a student if they get overly demonstrative or threaten a teacher. Middle school and high school aged students, particularly in inner cities, are as rotten as can be nowadays. They should be aware they could get beatdown by an adult if it comes to that

Each teacher would keep said hall pass big as fck at the front of the classroom so that it would serve as a deterrent and a reminder for the rowdy little shits to know that a teacher still reserves the right to fck your shit up if you get too bold.
