why dont you have kawhi in tier1? his defense is much butter than anyone you mentioned in tier1 and can compensate his offense. and his offense is getting underrated. he can score from everywhere on the court (midrange, three) AND penetrate to the basket.

Durant's defense is underrated, he's actually a very good on-ball defender he struggles fighting through picks and playing off-ball defense ( concentration) but Harden is a completely different tier of bad.
