Everyone knows Bosh didn't get to play his game alongside Lebron - Lebron turned him into a play-finisher.

But none of it matters - as long as Bosh won rings AS AN ALL-STAR, he's hof.. :confusedshrug:

Winning rings is all that matters - it's almost like players get credit for not fu.cking it up... for not fu.cking up the championship.

Btw, Pippen was ABYSMAL offensively during the 2nd three-peat runs, but it didn't matter - the Bulls were winning rings, so he gets credit historically.

But in reality, he was a horrible 2nd option - he averaged 17/7/5 on 40.8% during the 1996-1998 playoffs.. This included 15 ppg on 34% in 1996 Finals, which is the worst performance OF ALL TIME for a 2nd option.. He duplicated this with 15 ppg on 41% in 1998 Finals.

you don't HAVE to be an all-star while winning rings to make hof, but if you DO win multiple rings while being an all-star, you're hof... :confusedshrug:

btw, bosh was a 10-time all-star - lebron had access to a 10-time all-star as his 3rd option... and the 2nd greatest shooter of all time as his 4th option... yikes - can you say... stacked?

Bosh was a 3rd option with limited touches. I'm not sure what you expect him to produce in that role, but for a 3rd option he was very good. His biggest impact was his defense. He's one of the best PnR defenders in the league, and his defensive range was the centerpiece of the Heat's aggressive defense. The ground he could cover allowed Lebron and Wade to wreak havoc on the perimeter. Bosh also played out of position for 3 years. He did it to help the team and fill a void, despite not being comfortable at center. He deserves a lot of credit for making that sacrifice and transitioning to a different position.

Bosh's stats are easily better when you look at their per possession stats - bosh gets more points and twice the rebounds per possession.

But more importantly, a lot of bench players have better per minute stats than starters because bench players come in for short, high intensity bursts and then go sit back down.

It's all obvious - Bosh is far better than Kukoc on both sides of the ball.. He's 24/12 in his prime and a good defender.... and a 10-time all-star.

I'd take Kukoc too. Both were extremely clutch though. No denying that.
