View Full Version : Predict Lebron James' Retire Game Stats

Like Kobe, Lebron will go down as one of the greatest basketball players to ever pick up a basketball, but they have GLARING differences in how they approach the game of basketball. Kobe went out the Kobe way dropping his 60lb scrotum on a bunch of Mormons. How will Lebron go out? Does he have a "Lebron Way"?

Predict his stats.

He'll probably be in the NBA finals, putting up 21/12/11

Whether he wins or not

Is another question

What I do know is

It'll be in the playoffs, so that automatically puts it above Kobe

If Irving and Love can take their game to Wade and Bosh level

It could be an happy ending for Lebron.:applause:

If he stays till he's athletically drained like current Kobe, he'll be warming the end of the bench.

5X5 game.

Kobe was a deadly scorer in his hey day and the way he went out is the way his mindset is.

a 35-38 year old Lebron is not going to try and score 40 points. He's going to muster up enough to have a 18-10-10-5-5 game.

When lebron is no longer able to stat pad he will retire. He doesn't embrace the down moments of the game the way true students of the game do so I don't see him trying to overcome any physical limitations that come. That competetive drive is not in him

It'll be in the playoffs

Came here to say exactly this.

Saying that "it'll be in the playoffs" is pretty much synonymous with saying "it'll damn sure be in the Eastern Conference".

Meltdown. You are just mad that kobe didn't turn his teammates into star caliber players.

1) I'm not mad

2) This thread isn't about Kobe

3) You're right. Huertas will be a SUPERSTAR shortly after Kobe's departure.

Retire game stats is not a thing, noone ever cared about this before, and they won't care about it going forward either.

Kobe dropping 60 is a nice little anecdote, and I'm sure his fans loved it, but one regular season game between lottery teams doesn't change anything.

Look at what Duncan is going. Do you think he gives a shit that he sat out what might well be his last regular season game ? No, because he's trying to help his team win in the playoffs, and he was never all about the spotlight like Kobe.

The 8 seed Pistons would have handily beaten the 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 seed from the Western Conf in the 1st rd.

Much like Kobe's skill, your go to argument was gone years ago.
