Many of Miami's 4th quarter possessions were shit cos the defense loaded on Wade and there was no other real ballhandler on the court. They weren't stopping the Hornets anyways so I don't get the decision

Dragic got his 3pt shot blocked at the end of the 4th lol

He's the perfect example of a guy who got overrated because he played in a system which emphasized his strengths and hid his weaknesses. In Phoenix, the uptempo style showcased his strengths of transition play and ability to finish.

agreed

its a bad idea to sign free agents to big contracts before you see how they actually play on your team

Basically.

And he can't defend without hacking. Spoelstra has tried to hide him defensivly all series.

There's a reason he's been traded multiple times.

It was worth the gamble to make the trade for him, because Miami was desperate for talent, but it's obvious he's just an an average starter. He's only really had one really good year in his career, and the rest have been meh.

Is he basically Jeremy Lin?

Was thinking the same thing. Both absolutely thrive in transition and can finish with the best of them but in a conventional offense against set defenses, they are nothing special.

instead of Dwayne Wade getting the game going with a 1/2 punch with Loul Deng

they need Dragic to get Deng going in order to help Green and McRoberts going

Dwayne Wade can get the worker bees type (Udonis Haslem) going and still play off of Dragic for easy buckets.

Yes, Deng is the black Gasol.
