They say these things happen in 3s- Sandusky, Fogle, and now Trump. The pedophile triad is now complete.

Donald Trump denies rape of teenage girl at 'sex party with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein'

http://i4.mirror.co.uk/incoming/article7585026.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/Donald-Trump.jpg

US presidential hopeful Donald Trump has denied claims he raped a woman when she was a teenager.

The Republican front-runner has been accused of attacking the alleged victim with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The bombshell claim threatens to derail Trump’s bid for the White House , as he is currently on course to win the party’s nomination for the November election.

The billionaire businessman responded last night saying the allegations are "categorically false”.

The alleged victim, who lodged her claim in the Central District Court of California on Tuesday, is suing for $100m.

While the Mirror does not usually name victims of sexual abuse, the woman has identified herself in court papers as Kate Johnson, and plans to defend herself in court.

She accused Trump and fellow billionaire Epstein of “sexual abuse under threat of harm” and “conspiracy to deprive civil rights.”

In her claim, Johnson “alleges she was enticed by promises of money and modelling career to attend a series of underage sex parties held at the New York City residence of defendant Jeffrey E Epstein and attended by Donald J Trump.”

She claims she was forced to perform a sex act on Trump, 69, and “engage in an unnatural lesbian sex act with her fellow minor and sex slave”.

She said on the “fourth and final sexual encounter” Trump “proceeded to forcibly rape the Plaintiff.”

Johnson alleges in her claim she “loudly pleaded with defendant Trump to ‘please wear a condom’.”

She claims the acts took place from June to September 1994.

Johnson alleges “she was subject to extreme sexual and physical abuse” from the age of 13.

“On the first occasion,” she said she “was forced to manually stimulate Defendant Trump with the use of her hand … until he reached sexual orgasm.”

She then goes on: “On the second occasion,” the documents state, she “was forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing her mouth upon Defendant Trump’s erect ***** until he reached sexual orgasm.

In response to the allegations Trump told Radar Online: “The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated.

“There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.”

Epstein has yet to comment on the allegations.

Johnson claims she was threatened with her life if she ever spoke of the abuse she alleges she suffered.

In closing her statement she added: “[The alleged victim] was fully warned on more than one occasion by both defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E, Epstein, that were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse that she had suffered as a sex slave for defendant Trump and defendant Epstein, that plaintiff Johnson and her family would be in mortal danger.

“The Plaintiff was warned that this would mean certain death for herself and the Plaintiff family unless she remained silent forever on the exact details of the depraved and perverted sexual and physical abuse she had been forced to endure from the defendants.”

The allegations emerged less than 24 hours after Trump attracted criticism after proudly boasting while on the campaign trial in Indianapolis that he had been endorsed by Mike Tyson.

The state is where the former world heavyweight champion was convicted of raping beauty pageant contestant Desiree Washington in 1992.

He was jailed for three years for the attack.

CONT'D

[INDENT]"Mike Tyson endorsed me," Trump told the crowd.

"I love it. He sent out a tweet. Mike. Iron Mike. You know, all the tough guys endorse me. I like that, OK?

"But Mike said, 'I love Trump. I endorse Trump.' And that's the end. I'm sure he doesn't know about your economic situation in Indiana. But when I get endorsed by the tough ones, I like it, because you know what? We need toughness now. We need toughness."

Trump was a supporter of Tyson after the conviction, saying that "to a large extent" he was "railroaded."

Trump had a financial interest in the case because Tyson's fights made money for his hotels.

The businessman was previously accused of sexual assault by his ex-wife Ivana Zeln

Clinton has gotten 12 million, Bernie has gotten 9 million.

Clinton has gotten 57% of the popular vote, while Bernie has gotten 43%.

Clinton has 1,662 delegates. Bernie has 1,373.

Clinton has 520 'superdelegates'. Bernie has 39.

Flip the voting by the party bosses, and you have:

Clinton: 1701
Bernie: 1893

Keeping in mind that Bernie has probably lost a lot of votes once his chances of reaching the delegate goal started to evaporate.

Yes, Clinton has won, but no, it's not a democracy. A candidate not backed by the Democrat party would need to get like 65% of the popular vote to win. A candidate that is backed by the Democrat party would need closer to 40%.

Forget the super delegates. Hillary Clinton has won the majority of votes. She won the majority of states. She won the majority of pledged delegates. Bernie Sanders is losing by every measure. There is no case whatsoever for Bernie supporters to claim that Bernie is getting robbed. The voters are choosing Hillary.

Bernie spent more money than any other candidate running. He paid about $9/vote in NY... Still got trounced. The man is losing big in every conceivable way- popular vote, pledged delegates, super delegates.

And Bern is by far the biggest opportunist in the primary race. He wasn't even a 'Democrat' until last year.

Bern was free to run as an independent. But he chose to make believe he was a democrat because of the infrastructure and exposure that afforded him. He has grossly exploited the 'flawed system' to his benefit. He's going to leverage his democrat charade and try to be a power player in a party he wasn't even a part of until a few months ago.

You get elected by attaining a majority of the votes available. You look like an absolute fool crying about 'rigged' systems when you are using that system to amass hundreds of millions of dollars and personal glory. The people crying loudest about 'rigged' systems are the people benefitting most from them right now. Bernie is a Socialist who honeymooned in the Soviet Union and speaks glowingly about the likes of Fidel Castro. He wasn't a Democrat until 2015, despite being in politics for 40 years or so, and only joined because he knew he could exploit the Democratic party infrastructure to his advantage.

And his followers, who didn't even know he existed until about 6 months ago, are surprised that the Democratic party isn't quick to embrace him? Of course they're not going to embrace some carpet bagger who was never part of their organization.

Bern is just the political version of a Golden State Warriors bandwagoner. :lol

Exploited the system? No, that is the only way to use the system. He shouldn't have needed to join the Democrats to be taken seriously in the first place, but that is the system that is in place and therefore it is the means he had to use for a chance. The 2 party system is inherently flawed. Not sure how you can't see that.

Again, no one held a gun to his head and forced him to join the party at what... 74 years old? He did it because he knew he could exploit the Democratic party to bring personal glory to himself and raise his profile. He probably didn't think he would get this far. He would just spit out his tried and true bumper sticker phrases without ever giving any actual policy solutions. I mean honestly, the man has been in politics for 40 years in different capacities (mayor, congressman, Senator, etc). How much of his Castro agenda has he brought to reality? Do they have Universal Healthcare and free College in Vermont because of him? :confusedshrug:

And if the 2 party system is 'inherently flawed' as you claim... Go ahead and break it down for us how you or carpetbagging Bern the overnight Democrat would fix it. He seems way more interested in benefitting from making believe he was a Democrat than trying to fixed said flawed system.

Do what your hero was never able to do- add some substance to the rhetoric.

If you want to Democracy or not,
if the Democrats followed GOP rules, (http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/clintons-delegate-lead-would-triple-under-gop-rules/)Hillary would be ahead by nearly a thousand delegates
1,955 to 978

Superdelegates are not party bosses. There's 719 of them. Do you know of an organization with 700 bosses?

The superdelegates are insiders, but it's a parallel election. And it is democratic, these 719 people are not monolithic. As 2008 proved, the insurgent candidate can also win this election. Because that's how Obama won in 2008.

Clinton is winning both of these elections.

Flip the superdelegates? That's a ridiculous standard, just as ridiculous as saying if we flip the results of the NY, TX and FL primaries, Bernie would be looking pretty good. So this is completely irrelevant.

You could choose to distribute them proportionally to the popular vote, but, of course, Clinton would still be leading in that case.

If you things to be more democratic, you would take away Bernie's strength. Caucuses. You have to be at your polling place within a shorter range of time, which you might be able to do due to your work/life schedule. Then you have to plan on being there for several hours. If you vote once, but leave early, your vote doesn't count. Because of these and other inconveniences, caucuses get lower turnout than primaries.

You would also rail against the Republican method where many states do not give out delegates proportionally.

Havent seen much coverage of Hillarys email FBI investigation either

:biggums:

You been hibernating this past year+? Probably spent some time in Cuba to get more in touch with your communist roots.

They had major news channels covering every minute of Hillary's 11 hour Benghazi hearing for ****ksake. :lol

Did you actually read a single word of that? No wonder none of the major news outlets are touching it, it reads like the script to an adam sandler movie :oldlol:

Yup, plenty of underage rape, sexual slavery, and violent coercion in Adam Sandler's movies. :applause:

Online ballots. Should've specified. And I know they already have mail in ballots, hence why that wouldn't be a change at all.

How so? All I said is he was accused (legally, mind you) of repeatedly raping a 13 year old girl... And that's exactly what happened. You can read the suit yourself, I posted the link for Comrade Nanners.

A candidate that is backed by the Democrat party would need closer to 40%.
this is such a blatant misunderstanding of how the SD's work it's amazing

:lol
This might be true with some of his younger voters but anyone who's a progressive and has followed politics knew who Bernie Sanders was way before he announced his candidacy. He's always been a favorite of knowledgeable progressives and we knew he caucused with the Democrats.

You can be a progressive and not be affiliated with the Democratic Party, you know.

You don't know that. It's possible that it's true. I doubt it, but there is a possibility. Stranger things happen. 5 years ago would you have believed that Bill Cosby might be a serial rapist?

Again, I don't think its true. But I don't KNOW that it isn't.

Is Cosby a serial rapist though, where is the proof except a bunch of women who took drugs who had sex with him, drugs, sex and rock and roll was pretty common in the 70s.

Trump does not strike me as the pedophile type, he has been banging supermodels since his early twenties and doesn't drink or take drugs at all.

The kind of hedonistic pedo parties that Epstein held are aimed at politicians among which MANY are legit pedophiles as witnessed by the UK scandal where dozens of politicians are being investigated for being part of a pedo ring. This is how the elite controls polititicans, by hiding their secret homosexuality and/or pedohile behavior.

Trump is not a politician and has been in the spotlight for decades. The elite who gets caught in pedo scandals stay hidden and are secretive, Trump is one of the most publicly exposed characters of all time.

you haven't actually read their stories?

okay, there is a significant pattern of cosby luring or insinuating himself in to a 1on1 situation with them. frequently because he wants to 'mentor them' or merely 'advise them' on some aspect of show biz, etc.

then he offers them a coffee or juice or something, spikes it without telling them, and the next thing they tend to remember is waking up partially clothed and him finishing up his business.

often it seems that he pays them off afterwards... a big tip or a free taxi ride or something... and that's that. several assuredly made a squawk to his people and got paid off extra nicely in the weeks or months that followed.

see, woman as individuals generally hate going public with rape, especially if they know they have a huge legion of fans, etc that will be attacking them for slandering a beloved idol.

i'm going out now. i'll try to comment later if there's anything else.

Hillary Clinton took me through hell says rape victim (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/06/20/exclusive-hillary-clinton-took-me-through-hell-rape-victim-says.html)

The victim’s allegation that Clinton smeared her following her rape is based on a May 1975 court affidavit written by Clinton on behalf of Thomas Alfred Taylor, one of the two alleged attackers, whom Clinton agreed to defend after being asked by the prosecutor. Taylor had specifically requested a female attorney.

“I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing,” Clinton, then named Hillary D. Rodham, wrote in the affidavit. “I have also been informed that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body. Also that she exhibits an unusual stubbornness and temper when she does not get her way.”

Clinton also wrote that a child psychologist told her that children in early adolescence “tend to exaggerate or romanticize sexual experiences,” especially when they come from “disorganized families, such as the complainant.”
The victim vigorously denied Clinton’s accusations and said there has never been any explanation of what Clinton was referring to in that affidavit. She claims she never accused anyone of attacking her before her rape.

“I’ve never said that about anyone. I don’t know why she said that. I have never made false allegations. I know she was lying,” she said. “I definitely didn’t see older men. I don’t know why Hillary put that in there and it makes me plumb mad.”

The victim’s second main grievance with Clinton stems from the newly revealed audio recordings, which were taped in a series of interviews of Clinton with Arkansas reporter Roy Reed, who was researching an article on the Clintons that was ultimately never published. The Free Beacon found the tapes archived at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, amidst thousands of pieces of Clinton history that are being periodically released for public consumption.
On the tapes, Clinton, who speaks in a Southern drawl, appears to acknowledge that she was aware of her client’s guilt, brags about successfully getting the only piece of physical evidence thrown out of court, and laughs about it all whimsically.

“He took a lie detector test. I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs,” Clinton says on the recording, failing to hold back some chuckles.

She then describes how she discovered that investigators had cut out and lost a section of the suspect’s underwear that they said contained the victim’s blood. Clinton brought the remaining underwear segment to a Nobel Prize-winning blood expert in Brooklyn, NY, she explained, in order to convince him to lend his heavyweight reputation and influence to her defense case.

“And so the, sort of the story through the grapevine was, if you get him interested in the case, then you know you had the foremost expert in the world willing to testify so that it came out the way you wanted it to come out,” Clinton said.

Clinton told the judge that the famous expert was willing to testify. Instead of the original charge of first-degree rape, the prosecutors let Taylor plead to a lesser charge: unlawful fondling of a child. According to the Free Beacon, Taylor was sentenced to one year behind bars, with two months reduced for time served. The second attacker was never charged.

Hillary Clinton took me through hell says rape victim (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/06/20/exclusive-hillary-clinton-took-me-through-hell-rape-victim-says.html)

So the background to this is as a young lawyer, Hillary Clinton was appointed to case to defend a man accused of raping a young girl. As we all know there is a constitutional right to have counsel and lawyers are ethically bound to provide effective counsel. The case ended with the man pleading guilty to a lesser charge. The plea was probably made easier because the police lost the main piece of physical evidence tying him to the crime.

There are two reasons not to believe this woman when she said Hillary Clinton put her through hell in 1975.

The first reason is that this case never went to trial. So when did the putting through hell occur?

The second is that this women was interviewed in 2008 about this case. At that time she said Clinton was just doing her job and did not say she was put through hell. She now claims she was misquoted. More importantly, it was only in 2008 that she learned of what she now says put her through hell when the reported showed her an affidavit that Clinton had filed to have the girl examined by a phychatrist. Here it is. It seems fairly standard. This would have gone to the judge and the girl would not have known about it.

As a result of this case she established the first rape hotline in Arkansas. (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/allida-black/blazing-a-trail-hillary-clinton_b_5610884.html)

This account is from a Hillary supporter who first met her because she was doing the same work in Georgia.
But the record is clear how Hillary responded as soon as the trial ended. She helped launch the first rape crisis hotline in Arkansas and strove to give women the medical, legal, and social support they needed. This was a bold act. Rape Crisis Centers and hotlines were rare. Indeed, crisis centers in Washington, D.C. and Boston had only opened their doors in 1972 and 1973. In the South, only Memphis and Athens, Georgia followed suit.

It wasn’t long after that I first learned about Hillary. In 1975, I helped start the first rape crisis center in Atlanta. I was trying to navigate the legal issues related to child assault victims, but the law was so new, I was lost, so I asked for help. Everywhere I called, the experts would say, “Do you know Hillary Rodham? She’s who you need to talk to.”

Less than four years after graduation, Hillary had already established herself as one of the country’s leading advocates for abused and neglected children. Her groundbreaking articles in the Harvard Educational Review and Yale Law Review spurred urgently-needed legal reforms. While at home, her leadership of Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families gave voice to abused and neglected children.

The same can be said for Hillary’s cutting edge work to expand legal aid. As manager of the Fayetteville legal aid clinic, she saw how the legal standard used to determine whether a defendant qualified for aid was “an impossible standard to meet” and she “wanted to change the law.”

And indeed she did. In 1977, President Carter appointed Hillary to the Legal Services Corporation, a federal program charged with expanding access to legal aid. Hillary was the first woman to chair the corporation, and under her leadership, funding more than tripled from $90 million to $300 million.

Except she wasn't gloating, called it a terrible case and sad and she was laughing about the reliability of lie detector exams, because her client passed a polygraph.

To me that sounds like gloating. She sounds very happy and pleased that she helped a child rapist escape justice. Odd character trait that.

Most lawyers absolutely refuse to represent clients who they believe to be guilty of committing horrific crimes by the way. Clinton wallows in it.

I believe the "putting through hell" refers specifically to this-
