Lebron would be the MVP every finals he was in, except for 2011.

Kobe shared the stage with Shaq for 3 chips.

Kobe and Lebron have the same amount of FMVPs.

HUGE Kobe "Black Mamba" Bryant stan here but he was a role player his whole career so he deserves a pass for this IMO.

Really scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Gotta stay relevant in the Curry era somehow I suppose.

Of course, Kobe never lost out to a bench-warmer in the FMVP voting either.

And neither of them lost a finals after being up 3-1 with home court advantage like Ilt did in '68

It wasn't the Finals.

And why did Wilt's team lose that series you ask?

Do some research next time...

BTW, Chamberlain played every minute of that series with multiple injuries, including a muscle tear in his right calf...

on the flip side...how about Lebron quitting in a Finals because it was too hot?

http://espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2014/story/_/id/11039853/2014-nba-finals-lebron-james-exits-game-1-loss-thigh-cramp-c-fails

Miami Heat forward LeBron James was forced to exit early from Game 1 of the NBA Finals because of severe leg cramping caused by extremely warm temperatures after the air conditioning in the arena malfunctioned

Not to mention Lebron just plain quitting on his team in a winnable series...

http://www.cleveland.com/cavs/index.ssf/2010/07/dan_gilbert_says_lebron_james.html

Gilbert feels James quit on the Cavs during their second-round series against the Boston Celtics, who rallied from a 2-1 deficit to eliminate Cleveland.

"He quit," Gilbert said. "Not just in Game 5, but in Games 2, 4 and 6. Watch the tape. The Boston series was unlike anything in the history of sports for a superstar."

The Cavaliers were beaten by 32 points in Game 5. During the game, James appeared distracted and uninterested, often glaring at Cleveland's coaches as the Cavs tried to foul to get back into the game in the second half. James also made some puzzling postgame comments, saying he had "spoiled" people with his play over seven seasons.

Gilbert also said he believes James quit on the Cavs in Game 6 of their series in 2009 against Orlando.

BTW, a PEAK Kobe also blew a 3-1 series lead, and in his greatest scoring season, and with a game seven of 24 points...in a 121-90 blowout loss.
