Jordan holds an L for getting more rings/FMVPs, in less playoff wins? :oldlol:

In less playoff games too

In a league where up until 2001 the first round was best of 5

Yeah an 'L' :facepalm

We know for a MATHEMATICAL FACT that Jordan had less help, since his accomplishments required him to score 20% more than Lebron in the playoffs on better efficiency across the board (TS, FG, ORtg).

Jordan's massive scoring and efficiency edge is worth more than Lebron's 1.0 assist edge (while Jordan had less turnovers), and 2.5 defensive rebound edge (while Jordan had more offensive rebounds).

Also, no all-time great led his team in scoring for every playoff series of their careers, EXCEPT Jordan, who led his team by at least 10 ppg for every series of his career.. Think about that for a second..

Jordan's scoring load was FAR more than Lebron's, while also leading his team in passing like Lebron - Jordan led the Bulls in assist percentage for both 3-peats (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showpost.php?p=11713121&postcount=49).

Ultimately, Jordan's goat scoring, team-leading passing, and best-ever defense at his position is the biggest load ever carried.

Well maybe if he stepped his game up and didnt hide like a little bitch he could have recruited MOAR HALP for the following seasons

Guess no one wanted to play with a beta :confusedshrug:

I mean why cant the 3rd greatest player of all time get any help? At some point you have to blame Lebron

Lebron had a 10-time all-star as his THIRD OPTION.

It doesn't matter that Bosh's stats within Lebron-ball don't reflect his full 24/12 capacity - Lebron still had ACCESS to a 10-time all-star, and Bosh showed this pedigree by adjusting his traditional big man game into a floor-spreader for Lebron-ball.

LeBrons best finals supporting casts were worse than Jordans worst

Pippen 1996-1998 Playoffs: 17/7/5 on 40.8%
WadeT2011-2014 Playoffs: 20/5/4 on 47.8%

Pippen's horrible 2nd option stats included a worst-ever 15 ppg on 34% in 1996 Finals, and 15 ppg on 41% in 1998 Finals.

After Wade/Pippen, Lebron's teams win the #3 thru #12 spots.. Lebron had a 10-time all-star as his third option (Bosh) and the 2nd best shooter ever as his 4th option (Allen)... Guys like Haslem, Birdman, and Chalmers compare to Longley, Wennington, and Kerr.

Lebron went 2/6 by scoring in this fashion:

Jordan went 6/6 by scoring in this fashion:

https://media.giphy.com/media/l0K43JPvhxfqXzjgY/giphy.gif

One guy's methodology is far superior to the other.. Jordan used his superior methodology to average 5 more points than Lebron in the playoffs (20% more) and 7 points more in the Finals (30% more), on better efficiency across the board (TS, FG, ORTg).

Jordan's massive scoring edge on better efficiency is worth more than Lebron's 2.5 defensive rebound edge (with less offensive rebounds) and 1.0 assist edge (with more turnovers).

Jordan's advantages are magnified by his superior off-ball style, which fostered superior team chemistry and a superior brand of basketball that could succeed at the highest level (the Finals).

The defense never collapsed - lebron got a wide open dunk in the paint because his 3-point shooting teammates drew all the defenders to the perimeter:

https://media.giphy.com/media/3o7qE3XMneI1TB4pcA/giphy.gif

So the defense didn't collapse in the Lebron gif... And in the Jordan gif, the defenders didn't NEED to collapse because they were ALREADY WAITING in the paint - the lack of 3-point shooters allowed defenders to wait in the paint, which forced Jordan to finish on 4 guys at the rim.

Also, Lebron's wide, bumbling physique needs THREE separate screens from Haslem to get in the lane... What a joke.. :oldlol: .. Otoh, Jordan blows by super-athlete Richard Dumas without a screen..

Ultimately, Jordan had it tougher since he played WITHOUT spacing, while Lebron plays with AMAZING spacing.

No it doesn't - Lebron's 120 wins were against ONE THIRD of the 50-win teams as Jordan or Kobe.. :confusedshrug:

This proves that Lebron's 120 wins came against far inferior competition.. :confusedshrug:

More like those 3 players didn't even attempt to slow LeBron down. It's LeBron's fault they didn't and watched him the whole way?

https://media.giphy.com/media/3o7qE3XMneI1TB4pcA/giphy.gif

There was 1 Suns player in the paint before he started the drive. No need to exaggerate as you usually do.

Also, Lebron's wide, bumbling physique needs 2 (corrected) separate screens from Haslem to get in the lane... What a joke.. :oldlol: .. Otoh, Jordan blows by super-athlete Richard Dumas(rookie with a drug problem :facepalm ) without a screen..
So you're saying that MJ was smaller, lighter and faster than LeBron is??

That play is a microcosm of today's spacing - players are more open in the paint than previous eras because 3-point shooting clears the lane and causes defenders to help from further away - do I really need to break out gifs from previous eras to demonstrate the night-and-day difference in paint traffic?

In-stride layups that are relatively open are standard in today's game because of the open paint created by 3-point shooters.

Richard Dumas was rookie with a drug problem

Dumas was a rising star with crazy athleticism:

https://media.giphy.com/media/26h0pswrpjgYgMvBe/giphy.gif

Yet Jordan blows by him like he's not even there:

https://media.giphy.com/media/5qRsg7ygB3zhu/giphy.gif

So you're saying that MJ was smaller, lighter and faster than LeBron is??

Of course Jordan was much quicker, and much more according to DPOY and all-time defender Ron Artest:

"Jordan was the toughest (to guard out of Kobe, Lebron, MJ) because he's as strong as Lebron, he shoots as good as Reggie Miller from the mid-range, and because he's tough. He's a killer out there on the court."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5dXZxj6Zbc&t=0m57s

Lebron plays like he's the shorter player, since he spends most of his time 25 feet from the rim and he's much less aggressive overall... He isn't a "killer" like Artest said Jordan was.
