Dude is shooting 30% through 8 games these playoffs and shot 32% when they were embarrassingly swept last season vs Wizards. :biggums:

You can shoot by yourself all you want it ain't changing the fact that you are a midget when a defender is facing you.

how much can the team rest him in the 3rd quarter?

why can't he come off the bench for joseph? and powell is playing well so he deserves some of those minutes.

Taking a lot of shots afterwards won't make his choking disappear.

He can shoot, just not in the playoffs.

He's a really bad playoff performer... it's so strange. I kept chalking it up to him being worn down in the past by the second half and things like that catching up to him, but he totally rebuilt himself and came into this year with so much more strength (I guess to try to fix that) and he's still crapping the bed.

This comes down to sheer pressure getting to him. I respect his shooting in the gym post-game as much as anyone, but it seems indicative of a lack of confidence and even he probably doesn't view it as just any old "slump". He really is the best player on the court between both of these teams, but watching him in the playoffs has been cringeworthy. Always rooted for the kid and love his bulldog mentality and the fact that after years of being a neutered dog in the NBA, he FINALLY worked his way into being a genuinely great player, earning the trust of a coach who once hated him and benched him for Jose Calderon, and getting his chance to shine.

To me, he seems like the antithesis of the sort of guy who would crumble under pressure after going through all of that. Get it together Kyle.

off course shooting threes, seemed really committed, cameras.

I prefer third party stories of player commitment over publicity stunts.

Hey, if Lowry led his team back and won the game and hit the game winner as well as scoring 60 points, he'd be pretty much a dam HERO this morning, so not sure what your problem is.

He really isn't, otherwise he would showing it instead of playing like a scrub whenever the playoffs start.

Raptors hate Lowry so much right now he couldn't even find anyone to rebound the ball for him :lol

Rumor has it he'll keep shooting in the arena until game 2. Of course, then missing most of them.

:lol I was kind of surprised at that to. There has to be some intern or something who could be told to stay late with him.

He really isn't. Lowry is a glorified defensive role player.

Just like Harden, he can't get it done in the playoffs once defenses clamp down and the refs stop calling ticky tack BS.

Jonas Valanciunas is the best player on the Craptors, and Whiteside, Wade and Dragic are all better than Lowry on the Heat.

Gotta respect that kind of reaction.

Definitely.

Nobody can deny his work ethic and drive. He hankers to be a winner more than anyone out there. But my goodness, get it together Kyle. This is 8 straight games now where his shot has been dryer than an 80 year old v@gina.

Wow holy shit he practiced his 3 pointer after a game, what an insane work ethic

Maybe if he did this shit after every game this season he wouldnt be such a shit shooter right now

8/50 on 3s and one was a halfcourt heave
