Well Silver clearly tried to promote Durant in his early years. The fact that Durant gets more and more calls since 2013, with Lebron suddenly getting less calls is not a coincidence. Of course, with Durant going down last year, Silver seemed to have changed his mind. I have no idea which player hes promoting nowadays.
