It might very well be. But if the players want to win (WB/KD sell themselves on being guys that HATE losing), they need to buy-in on the coach.

- No buy-in from KD/Russ
- Billy Donovan doesnt impose authority upon himselves
- Billy Donovan is Scott Brooks 2.0

Could be any of these reasons

I'm not sure Westbrook is coachable. He's 90% heart 10% brain.
