Book it.. Nobody in the East can even win a single game vs this team. Hope the Cavs get swept in the Finals. :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol

That'd be hilarious. They sweep all their opponents in the east and then get swept themselves in the finals. :D

LeBron won two games by himself last yearagainst the same GSW team that just put up the best season ever. :lol :lol :lol

Yeah, getting swept is a real possibility OP, keep on hoping/wishing/dreaming/being a complete and utter f*ggot bro!

If LeBron goes 12-0 in the East this year, it's just gonna further cement him as the best individual player we've ever seen. So yeah, that'd be pretty cool.

That's exactly what needs to happen. When will the morons realize that this whole east vs west bracket for determining the best team in the league is a shitty model?

Easiest road to the finals in NBA history. The most stacked team with the highest payroll gets to cakewalk through an embarrassing conference.

If they don't, it'll be a failure.

They are the most stacked team in the league with the biggest payroll in the worst conference in NBA history.

But Spurs will finish them off in no more than 5 games.

Their 1st round opponent had the same record as the Warriors 2nd round opponent.

East>West:applause:

If we did a league-wide playoff bracket, it would have looked like this...

1. Warriors (West)
2. Spurs (West)
3. Cavs (East)
4. Raptors (East)
5. Thunder (West)
6. Clippers (West)
7. Heat (East)
8. Hawks (East)
9. Celtics (East)
10. Hornets (East)
11. Pacers (East)
12. Pistons (East)
13. Blazers (West)
14. Bulls (East)
15. Mavs (West)
16. Grizzlies (West)

That's 9 Eastern Conference teams and 7 Western Conference teams.

It's happened before.

I hope the Heat get to the ECF's. The problem is, the Raptors are playing at a higher level than their talent.

I think the Heat would give the Cavs some problems.

But ultimately, a healthy Cavs team will be in the Finals. Based on what Lebron did in last year's Finals, the assumption has to be that Cleveland has a solid shot at winning it all. But without HCA, it will be tough.

The cavs in this scenario would play Bulls - Pacers - Spurs (w/o HCA) - Warriors (w/o HCA)

thats a huge jump from the competition they will face this playoffs.

You know damn well every east team other than the stacked Cavs are pure shit.

The west has legitimate contenders in GS, SA, OKC, and the Clippers had they not gotten injured.

Not huge.
The first 2 round would be a lot easier. The third round would be a lot harder. The last wouls be the same.
So no, it s not a huge difference.

the first two rounds would be throwaways anyway.

and actually, the cavs would benefit the most from injuries in this case.

w/o injuries, the Cavs in a 16 team playoff format, would have had to face Bulls - Clippers - Spurs - Warriors

holy shit lol
