If you could read the title it's about Game 4 tonight.

But it doesn't say what it is. I'm assuming it's how many shots Duncan took tonight.

I think Duncan was just mad that he only went for 24/12/4/2 in that Finals G7 at age 37.

Can you imagine how bad Kobe would have dragged down the Lakers if he would have played until he was 40? Could he have taken them to 8-64?

You act like taking 50 shots in an NBA game isn't an accomplishment in itself.
Some of you would make fun of a 40 year old player when probably all but 5 people who ever lived would trade basketball careers with him. Sad to see him like this - he was doing well this season until he sat out for soreness in the knees - just hasn't been the same since. I guess the wheels have finally fallen off - what a difference between last year's playoff and this.
Here's a reminder for you naysayers:
2015 playoffs
Duncan 17.9 pts 11.1 rebs 3.3 asst 1.3 stl 1.4 blks 58.8%FG 125 ORtg 102 DRtg 1.2 WS 7.7 BPM 0.6 VORP
Thank for the memories TD, and Spurs fans are so lucky for getting LMA and Leonard.

Duncan had amazing career GOAT PF you can only argue 5-7 players history that were better.

He's 40 years old. His team makes the playoffs every year! He has a lot of wear and tear on his body. What are you expecting a 40 year old to do out there? The fact he's still out there is awesome to see. Don't put him down for doing something you'd never be able to do at his age.

Duncan essentially has the same stats as Bird in a slower era, with 5x the defensive impact, and better longevity..
Wilt averages 1 more PPG than Duncan in the Playoffs despite being in a league where 125+ PPG teams was normal. Add to that his bad lockerroom character and stat-chasing ways, and I don't think it's absurd to say Duncan is a greater player than him.
And Bill Russell? I love the guy but he was built like Tracy McGrady. See how well he does playing C today.
But yeah, he looks done out there. Unless Pop goes small I'd rather see Tim than David West though. :facepalm

and this is grandpa Russell. He was a freak athlete in his prime. He held his own against some big and good Cs in his prime, Wilt, Nate, Bellamy, Counts, Dukes, Imhoff, Wesley etc
Dude in this era could play C lol. Are u retarded? Do u realize Draymond Green plays C as effectively as anyone in todays NBA LMAO and Draymond is the size of a big small forward and 6'7 max. This aint the 90s no more fella hardly any Cs he gotta worry about
Russell would be like peak Boguts skills/IQ in Deandre Jordans body. Thats an MVP level player
We're all so used to Duncan's consistent excellence (one that has lasted from the moment he stepped on an NBA court to just last playoffs) that the necessary OFFENSIVE drop off (to incorporate LMA and develop Leonard) causes some of you to throw him under a bus. You forget that he's 40 years old - the 2nd oldest player in the league - a month younger than Andre Miller and still played well enough this year to be:
1st in Defensive Box Plus Minus
2rd in Defensive Rating behind Whiteside
http://www.basketball-reference.com/leagues/NBA_2016_leaders.html
And even in these playoffs, he's #8 in Defensive Rating.
