Anyone who has watched the games knows he's been the best player

His impact has been amazing.

He's moving the ball and allowing teammates to flourish, and then filling in any gaps that this team has.

He's been making demoralizing shots all playoffs too.

Playing exactly how he should.

LeBron has been playing well as a more of a second option but those stats may be misleading. The sample size is very small and that can cause +/- numbers to be very inaccurate. +/- numbers should be examined over a span of 80 games, not 8.

He's been the best and most impactful player in these playoffs. Leonard is second, IMO.

Second option to Kyrie who has been a Net -7.5? Is this serious?

Sure, bigger data sets are nice. But there is no way to argue against an impact like that.

not even the best player on his team. kyrie averages more ppg, has a higher PER, more win shares, more win shares per 48. kyrie also has a higher TS% and has been the better player in crunch time.

Confirmed fool.

LeBron in Chill mode too. Compare to last year where he gave everything he had against the bulls and hawks. He's gonna be fresh in the finals. Haters scared now.

It is a garbage stat. And I'm no Kobe fan. It lacks too much context to take serious. Coaching decisions and rotations being one. We don't need plus minus to tell us that LeBron is an impactful player. We know by using our two eye balls.

Kobe had a much higher plus/minus than Shaq in 2001 Playoffs

I guess that means Kobe was the MVP of the most dominant Playoff team in NBA history at age 22.

oh, and Lebron averaged more FGA than Kobe ever did last year in the POs.

This. It's more of a team stat than something you'd use to judge individual play.

Actually Kobe has one of if not the highest +/- in nba playoff history for his 01 run

But Shaq that same year had a negative +/- in the playoffs

So yeah, "the most dominant player ever" was a negative on the court in his peak during the playoffs according to this stat.
