good choice in coach. but mgmt should try a new approach this year. instead of letting their "franchise player" dictate the team and decisions, let THIS coach help make those decisions. ask joerger what he wants. if its cousins, great. if he thinks the team can go another direction with a haul that cousins (and see what gay can net them) brings in, fantastic.

theres just been tooooo many instances with this team and DMC, where they always say, lets see how this coach and that player do together. after the 5th time, a change needs to be considered.

Then they lose more games because Vlade fails to acquire good free agents.
3-4 months after, Cousins loses it, starts arguing with refs and Joerger etc.
Kings calls other teams to try to trade him.
Pat Riley picks up and offers Wade, Winslow and future first rounder.
Kings buys out Wade, Wade rejoins Heat in the playoffs.
