Canter shutting down Tim on a pickandroll https://twitter.com/HPbasketball/status/730253714854797312

With Steven Adams and Enes Kanter sharing the floor against Tim their rebounding numbers:

Offensive rebounding %: 61.5
Defensive rebounding %: 84.2

LOL

he was terrible in the 4th though, didn't box him out and left him open for put-backs that any player in the league would convert because Duncan was running to Ibaka/KD and Kanter was just alone in the paint on offense... SMH.

INJURY killed Duncan's career, he was DPOY candidate before the injury.

He is 40 years old, Kobe at 35 couldn't heal, why should Duncan.

Sad that he didn't get to finish playing at the level he did regular season.

That guy has always hated on Duncan because he thinks that somehow Garnett was some sort of big Duncan rival that he never was. He actually has Garnett higher on the PF all time list than Duncan if I remember correctly. Dude is the definition of a biased stan and you'd be wise to pay him no mind from here on out.

Why are people that aren't Kobe stans hating on Duncan?

Because Duncan fans went from being the classiest fanbase on the web to being gleefully snotty pricks over last injury-riddled years of Kobe's career.

Maybe they saw an opening to complete the phony narrative that Duncan was a god like figure who never made a wrong step in his life, and that Kobe somehow got what he deserved. Maybe it's the 4-2. Who knows.

But it's been dreadful listening to Duncan fans praising Duncan no matter if he played well or sucked a*s, and then see them flip and ridicule their greatest rival on the basis of an impossible situation.

They know perfectly well that it's all about what the organisations do behind the curtain. It's the same reason Duncan was irrelevant from 08 to 10, while Kobe was ruling the NBA.

One took a paycut and the other had the biggest salary in the League. Organisations yeah right. Kobe could have accepted a smaller role and less money and stayed competetive, but his ego wouldn't let him.

Duncan is held to a higher standard than Kobe, even by Kobe fans. That's why they are so hard on Duncan for being done at 40, but were easy on Kobe for being done at 35.

How would a paycut completely flip the situation for the Lakers in 2014-15 and 2015-16?

I mean really? How.

They don't Aldridge, who had the perfect situation with the Spurs.

Who do they sign to make a difference the last two years?

There was no one out there. The last two years have ben a quiet tank. Period.

Look who they had to give their money to (Nick Young)

Don't waste my time with your bile.
