He isn't winning anything, so he should just try to patch things up in Orlando. He can then retire there and have a community that actually likes him in retirement.

Why? Their success is built on chemistry.

Dallas/Atlanta. Both have elite coaches.

i think he heads to ATL - hometown is too, i believe
Horford will likely sign elsewhere - so it gives them that replacement piece for losing Al, and Milsap can truly play his stretch PF position.

He needs to go to the East where the only Western Conference caliber team is Cleveland.

Even Dirk NoGmski is warning the Mavs about signing him.

I wouldn't want him on a contenting team because he is in the decline and only wants another payday. But there are enough teams that can't attract FA, one might offer him 4y/80 mil :facepalm
Boston shouldn't be one of them, they have a good system moving forward.

the fvck does he want to go to orlando for? to play behind vucci mane?
ATL is interesting. but after two playoff sweeps, that team might be going through a restructure.
Dallas, he'll get paid. but if he TRULY wants to contend above all else, thats not the right place to do it.
Plumlee is fantastic for POR. but i can see an engaged dwight being better. the team uses tons of high screens, so hed have a role in the offense.
Boston should be considered.

I'd add WSH as a good option
D12
Gortat
Morris
Beal
Wall
not a bad squad - if they were in the run for KD too, it would be an instant contending squad for the title -- something KD is surely going to want with his next team, and what D12 is "looking" for

good call. thats the type of PG that dwight WANTS to play with. could certainly keep him engaged throughout the season. Spacing would be atrocious with that front court, but opposing teams would get destroyed on the boards.

He's not going to Dallas, if Dirk has any say in this.

very tru as far as spacing. i honestly would like to see that team - a bit retro styled as far as play goes, and not the 3pt game we see now. might bite them in the a$$ tho if 3pt shots are falling lol

Hadn't even considered Dwight on the Wizards. Could be a really great fit for him, as John Wall is an elite distributor and the Wiz run a lot of screen and rolls. Dwight would get fed a lot.
