WTF is up with silver denying Curry a handshake?

I have examined the video closely and its blatantly obvious he sees him put his hand out but quickly looks away as if to appear he doesn't notice. You could also feel the tension leading upto this point while Silver was talking, as if there is some prior distaste between the two. Very strange.

Also, wtf is up with silver, his speaking is so forced, swear the dude is some reptilian overlord. Maybe contact breaks the holographic human exterior.
