First thing first, let's get one thing straight. Cavs are making the finals again, so there's that.
Now each of those matchups would be fun to watch. With Cavs going up against the Warriors we'll see a finals rematch from last year. Cavs vs Thunder will be LeBron vs Durant part II, but im just torn on which one would be more exciting.

Cavs vs Thunder.
Don't want to hear "beat the GOAT team", "beat the UMVP", when the Cavs win it all.
73 wins and UMVP are all a product of the watered down modern NBA.

from what i see, the servant has 0 chance against lebron.
i rather have cavs vs warriors, so that just to make sure lebron stays 2/7.

We know KD's King James' concubine, so for competition's sake I want Warriors.

Want to see the thunder win it all. Love watching teams rise out of the gauntlet. Everyone counted okc out before they even played a game against the Spurs and everyone cried sweep after that horrid first game. Everyone is counting them out against GS now and if they win, everyone will count them out against the Cavs. It'd be like th 2011 mavs where they went through a bloodbath of defending champ lakers first round, then Spurs then okc then the relatively well-rested, colluded Heat squad.

I want to see Durant finally get his second chance to prove he's not Lebron's bitch. I think it would be the greatest thing to see OKC win against all odds.
Chances are slim but it's possible. Golden state and Cleveland both had the easiest regular seasons this year.
Things change when teams have to play each other multiple times.

Cavs vs. Thunder would be a CLE sweep. So if you wanted to see an extended series, you want Cavs vs. Warriors

I'll take either series
KD/WB/Curry are my 3 favorite players to watch
Lebron will be 2/7 regardless.
Cavs vs. Thunder would be a CLE sweep. So if you wanted to see an extended series, you want Cavs vs. Warriors
So let me get this straight
Cleveland has the upper hand in the series despite not having beat a single legitimate team in the EC while OKC manages to beat Spurs and Warriors in b2b series with no HCA? (Spurs and GS combined have more wins than the total of 3 teams Lebron faces in the EC Playoffs)
The years Lebron won the title, his teams were tested in the Eastern Conference Playoffs by Indiana and Boston, this year they have the easiest road to the Finals with Lebron coasting offensively and relying on Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving to carry the scoring load for most games. Last year Irving and Love were injured so Cavs figured out a way to slow the pace down with Lebron hogging the ball for 20 seconds on possessions, but somehow this year they are going to SWEEP an OKC squad that beats a 67-win and a 73-win team? Are you serious?
The advantage the Heat had over Thunder in 2012 was that Lebron was in his prime and could put KD in foul trouble, Ibaka was exposed for not being an elite rim protector and Perkins was virtually useless, Westbrook cost his team two games because he didn't play team basketball and get others involved.
This is a different OKC squad. Adams and Kanter have proved themselves in the Playoffs and KD/WB are a lot better than they were back then, especially Westbrook. Donovan is a much better coach than Scott. Cavs are most likely going to try beat GS/OKC by playing a fast-paced game with a lot of 3pt shots, OKC is a better rebounding team and WB/KD are more lethal in transition and their team as a whole can stop fast breaks, as you saw Game 2 against the Spurs where they saved the game by stopping a Spurs 3 on 1 fast break following a turnover.
Who do the Cavs have to throw at both KD and Westbrook? How experienced is Tyronn Lue as a coach? OKC is peaking at the right time and if they manage to beat Golden State, they should be favored to win against Cavs in the Finals.
