Karl Malone would have accomplished the same thing if he colluded with the Rockets in 1994 and 1995.

Nah, bad analogy, Hakeem would have still been the best player on those Rockets teams. LeBron was clearly the Heat's best player during their title runs

Its a good analogy, you have collusion on one side and lebron on the other one.

2011 was arguably Wade. How about Malone colluding the Sonics or Knicks instead?

Lebron colluded twice for 2 rings. Which means he has to collude again to get another one. Simple as that

Karl Malone would have accomplished the same thing if he colluded with the Rockets in 1994 and 1995.

If he "colluded" with a 30+ year old injury prone Drexler and Brad Daugherty with no defense surrounded by scrubs & scrub coach that missed the playoffs prior 4 years like the Bucks, Nets or Bullets or something... then it would be more equivalent... but then he wouldnt achieve anything at all....

But if he DID join the Rockets & best player in the NBA by far (Hakeem) he would be a 2nd fiddle... and he wouldnt be the MVP of the league... or the FMVP.... twice... hence he would still not "accomplish the same thing"...

However, if prime LEBRON joined the Utah Jazz... that would be the best team he ever played with, he would guaranteed won the championship, mvp/fmvp in his seat.....

Try some better Lebron butthurting analogy next time, your agenda was to easy to retaliate here... you to OP, Lebron is a 2 x champion / FMVP, won them all as the man.... just as many as your guy Kobe (dont worry wont mention his 3 sidekick/carried rings)... Karl Malone of today in that context is more something like Durant...

Riiiight, but what if Hakeem then got injured like Bosh did in 1994? Malone would be bounced in round 2.

And what if Hakeem came out of his prime in 1995, like Wade did in 2013? Malone would be bounced in round 1 probably.

if the bulls played in the 2000's, the Spurs would be the Jazz.

.
Lebron's problem is his horrible jumpshot - his midrange efficiency is below 40% for 10 of 13 seasons (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showpost.php?p=12389794&postcount=17), while his career 3-point percentage is 31% in the playoffs.

The reality is that Lebron, Westbrook, Wade, Derozan and Butler ALL (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showpost.php?p=12389778&postcount=41) have poor midrange and 3-point efficiency, but they're still top scorers because today's spacing and hands-off defense allows athletic players easier access to the rim than ever before.

MJ's athleticism would benefit the same way, except he was a goat midrange shooter, much better than Curry (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showpost.php?p=12373019&postcount=26) - so MJ had Lebron and Westbrook's athleticism, but with better midrange shooting than Steph Curry.

Malone never won it, choked when his team had the upper hand with the Pippen injury

he doesn't let Michael take it, we're looking at Game 7 in Utah with Pippen injured.

I think any player would rather go 5/7 than 2/7, even Lebron.

No one will care about the excuses made when the guy wins the championship. At the end of the day he still has 5 rings. And he played in 5 elimination games in 5 of his title runs. You only remember the 6/24 game where he closed it but neglect him leading Lakers in blocks, steals, assists and points against Portland in a 4th quarter comeback win in 2000 at age 21 or averaging 30/11 in two elimination games against the Kings, you only want to remember the games where his shot wasn't on, yet no one cares since every NBA great had bad shooting nights in the Finals, including Lebron.
