No that title goes to Magic Johnson. Western Conference is the 80's was way, waaay worse than east now. LeBron had some competition in his career (Pistons, Celtics, Magic, Pacers).

The most important part, though...is that he also felt a need to stack his team with all the best players in the conference for a majority of his career.

An east title with his rosters is meaningless.
