They would have definitely made the playoffs in the West. The West has 3 great teams since the Clippers lost Blake early and the rest of the teams were not that good.

Look at how Memphis and Dallas ended their seasons, you don't think Toronto is making it over them ? They were better equipped than Portland too. They probably make it 2nd round at best, but they would have definitely made the playoffs.
