1. Better 3-point shooter
2. Better and 1 ball handler
Fixed.
Jordan played SG, but averaged only 1.5 less assist than Curry - and the one time Jordan played point guard, he averaged 30/9/11 on 51%, including 10 triple-doubles in 11 games.. Can Curry do that, WITHOUT teammates spreading the floor for him like Jordan dealt with?... gtfo
Jordan is the better shooter inside 20 feet - the stats show (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showpost.php?p=12373019&postcount=26) that he shot far better on literally 6 times the volume - it isn't close.
And better layup-maker?.. That's actually the most egregious troll on your list.. So yeah - Curry is only a better 3-point shooter & and1 ballhandler.

Can Curry average 30/9/11 on 51%, including 10 triple-doubles in 11 games, like Jordan did at point guard?
Can Curry do it WITHOUT teammates spreading the floor for him, like how Jordan achieved all his stats?
no.. and no.. :confusedshrug:

3 and 5 are wrong. 6 and 9 are the same and they don't belong as well as 7 and 8. 2 and 4 could also be argued he may not be as flashy as curry but if you're talking ball control as well Jordan is one of the best. 10 is also an opinion for me I'd rather have a tough asshole on my team letting me know when I'm not playing good enough and forcing me to do better as opposed to a dude who's just gonna smile and shrug it off anytime I **** up.

Kyle korver is also a better 3pt. shooter than MJ.. who cares? As stated by 3ball, both the stats and eye-test back up MJ on everything else basketball related. Can't argue with the better son part.. curry didn't get his father killed. :oldlol:

four of those are completely irrelevant, and as for the rest, you got about two of them correct.
considering how many other things MJ is clearly better at than curry, well... i just hope for your sake that you were drunk or high when you made that list. :(

Great breakdown! The thing that Steph is gonna run into with the bigger perimeter icons is size and versatility. For example, MJ could play AND DEFEND PG, SG, and SF at great levels. Plus he was a freak athlete to boot. MJ could defend Steph MUCH BETTER than Steph could ever defend MJ.
Steph is a better player (best player-peak wise) than MOST PERIMETER PLAYERS to ever do it. But when it comes to the epic ones like MJ, Kobe, Bird, Magic, or Durant, their versatility could be more valuable than Steph's wizardry with the rock. But to Steph's credit, he's so dominant that he compares more favorably to bigger perimeter legends than he does the smaller legendary guards.

-shooting
-passing
-ball handling
-creating his own shot
-clutchness
-playing team basketball
Their killer instinct is the same. MJ was a better defender but Curry isn't bad at it.
