This has been in the works for some time now. There's two sides to the basketball court. I've refined the ISBOB

You should somehow combine this with the defensive stat to find the best single seasons. My guess is '94 Robinson would be better than anyone else.

I thought so too, but then he said he doesn't have the +/- for KAJ in '71, if he'd just be pulling random numbers out of his ass, I don't think he'd notice that fact... so he likely is looking at a few things.

good chance but it seems damn weird for ballin to undervalue shaq knowing who he stans and hates on.

I've developed an even more complex and advanced metric called the AJOI (AJ Offensive Impact). It's a significant improvement over the ISBOB, which is quite primitive and doesn't take into account all parameters of an offensive players impact. Let me do this for a couple of players.

Curry in '16 - 9.8
Kobe in '06 - 8.7
Shaq in '00 - 9.3
Magic in '87 - 9.5

ISBOB™ is based on RAPM, DWSR and raw statistics

Refer yourself to the InsideHoops Compendium for more information,

you gotta work on a refined version for this stat, man.. usually advanced stats show Dirk's elite offensive impact.
The DWSR and standardized RAPM component for Dirk in 2011 is questionable

Let me do some number crunching,
