lmao at kerr winning coach of the year. walton had a better record and the warriors were playing better when he was coach. with walton the warriors were running a more Curry based offense which is why they were more effective while now they are a running a more team based offense and having Curry play more offball which is hurting the team. also his rotations are whack. lmao at sitting curry and dray the first 4 minutes of the 4th while okc had durant out there. it was during that timespan where OKC took control.

Curry just doesn't have the off ball shooting that Jordan had. That's why the Bulls were able to win six titles as a team. You think Jordan would have let Westbrook get the best of him?

Curry is great off the ball but when he's playing offball the problem is that it can be difficult for him to get the ball back when team's are holding on to him and he's lacking the same explosion after the MCL injury. Curry is much better when he's creating his own shot off the dribble and playing the pnr.

Both Kerr and Curry will strike back, no worries. Curry is being guarded closer than anyone ever from way beyond the 3 p line.

But make no mistake, since it`s already up here; MJ would tear WB a new one. He`d take WBs pre game dance as a personal insult and go for full humiliation.

Kerr is doing no better then what Gentry or Luke Walton would do with this Warriors team.

Agreed.

He has done nothing is his one and two-thirds seasons of coaching.

And I'm sure Walton will have the Lakers at 39-3 next year in their first 42 games, as well.

With KERR's SYSTEM.

We'll see just how great a coach Walton is next year.

I suspect he will follow in the foot-steps of Byron Scott.

Walton did better than Kerr and wasn't using his system

One day maybe you will actually watch the nine other players on the floor, instead of just watching GAC.

Hopefully the Warriors trade the Fragile one to the Lakers for a decent player. Then Walton will guide the Lakers to an 8-74 record, while Kerr's Warriors will go 74-8.

Walton will probably be looking for a job by mid-season next year.

The once hot commodity will be an assistant at a division II college team by season's end.

That has no barring on being a good coach, whatsoever.

Look at Phil and Pop.

One was a scrub and the other didn't even play in the NBA. Your infatuation for Curry (probably trolling) has got you scatter-brained.

I have already gone into detail countless times about the overrating of Phil Jackson. Cliffnotes: Jackson stole his x's and o's from Tex Winter, had the approach being the "zen master" and let supreme alpha superstar personalities of his championship teams take over and be the team leader. Phil Jackson followed GOATS around and collected checks.

Pop is similar. The guy's awesome winning record coincidentally comes when his franchise drafts a top 10 player of all time...while they had a top 3 MVP caliber player on their team (David Robinson). Then they had fantastic front office stacking their team to the brim year in and year out. You could of put lots of coaches with the teams that San Antonio has had for the last 20 years and walked away with very similar results.

So basically what you're saying is there's never been a great coach in the history of the game? :coleman:

pretty much, it's a player driven league, this isn't the NFL, coaching doesnt matter as much

best coach was probably bill russell, the year he took on as player coach it was just a title, he was doing the same he did for the previous 10+ years
