A lot of people been picking them. I think 42 percent on the poll on realgm and I've seen more than a few people on here and espn game thread say they think Toronto can win. The thing is if the cavs start looking like they'll sweep all well hear is how crappy Toronto is and how they never had a chance.

LeBron should seriously retire if he loses to the Raptors with Kyrie, TT & Love on his team. It would be so humiliating.

I don't even see Toronto making the playoffs in the western conference from 05' to 10'.

RealGM arguably has the most Raptor fans online on that forum. They are obviously rigging the poll because that's their shtick.

The "a lot of people picking them on espn and here" are just shit posters that are trolling. They are secretly on LeBron's jock and obviously know Cleveland will win by landslide.

You are REALLY underrating this team.

When they're completely healthy they are absolutely on par with those Portland/Utah/OKC teams from the late 2000s and better than half the teams in the west from 06-08. Aside from the big three of SA, Dallas, and Phoenix the west was absolutely not dominant in those years.

Lakers in 08 I guess.

As a raptor fan I'd be content if we pushed the Cavs to 6 and avoided any embarassing blowouts.

Cavs is too stacked, their first and second option (Kyrie and KLove) are pure fire at the moment

You are "guessing" that the 08' Lakers would beat the 16' Raptors?

Are you really this retarded? Or do you actually think Toronto is a legit 56 win team? :facepalm The only reason they won this mane games is because the 3rd best team in the east were the ****ing Hawks.

Christ can people stop overrating the pathetic teams LeBron has had the fortune of facing for the past decade in the east? :banghead:

Not 1 Canadian has the Raptors in the finals, let alone any other sane person in the world. It's literally impossible, the entire Cavs team was lit fam the second the Raptors pushed away from the Heat in the 3rd quarter.

You used to call me on my
You used to, you used to
Yeah

You used to call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
Call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
And I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing
I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing

Ever since I left the city,
You got a reputation for yourself now
Everybody knows and I feel left out
Girl you got me down, you got me stressed out
'Cause ever since I left the city,
you started wearing less and goin' out more
Glasses of champagne out on the dance floor
Hangin' with some girls I've never seen before

You used to call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
Call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing
I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing

Ever since I left the city, you, you, you
You and me we just don't get along
You make me feel like I did you wrong
Going places where you don't belong
Ever since I left the city,
you, you got exactly what you asked for
Running out of pages in your passport
Hanging with some girls I've never seen before

You used to call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
Call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
And I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing
I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing

These days, all I do is
Wonder if you bendin' over backwards for someone else
Wonder if you're rollin' up a backwoods for someone else
Doing things I taught you, gettin' nasty for someone else
You don't need no one else
You don't need nobody else, no
Why you never alone
Why you always touching road
Used to always stay at home, be a good girl
You was in a zone, yeah
You should just be yourself
Right now, you're someone else

You used to call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
Call me on my cell phone
Late night when you need my love
And I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing
I know when that hotline bling
That can only mean one thing

No, I guess the 08 Lakers were a dominant team like the previous western ones I listed.

I think they're a legit 50-52 win team in any scenario, assuming they're healthy of course.

This has nothing to do with Lebron. I've seen the raptors play many many times this year. They're better than what you've seen in the playoffs.

How? They're capable of playing better than they've shown against these lesser teams. It wouldn't surprise if they started, especially after this momentum from game 7 :confusedshrug:

stranger things has happened. Lets not forget the biggest challenge for Cleveland which is getting through a series injury free. Takes a Lebron injury to totally screw up Cav's plan.

jesus christ, no, they're retarded offensively and are average at best defensively.
And have a joke of a coach too.
Their whole success is based on ISO plays and how good the bigs are rebounding any particular night, this isn't winning basketball, if they advance to the finals, this might be the worst loss of bron's career

They can't pull it off with Jonas...who has become incredibly overrated because of what he was doing to Whiteside...who is one of the worst one on one defenders in the entire league.

Yeah guys these past 14 games haven't been a good indicator of how good the raptors really are :oldlol: :oldlol:

Jesus some of the shit these stans will say.

Cavs will have the two best players on the court today. Probably the best three to be honest.

They've had the two best players on the court in every series they've played. what a tough conference

he did work on indy's defense too.

but I agree that Biyombo is a better matchup for raptors against cleveland since he's quicker / more athletic on the PnR defense, plus a better rim deterrant. Tristan Thompson would largely nullify Valuncunias on the offensive boards where he was doing most his work anyways.

Lol at this idiot overrating Lebron's teammates like they are some of all time greats.
Kyrie is not better than Lowry and Triatan Thompson is not better than Biyombo.
Replace Kevin Love with Demarre Carroll and the Cavaliers won't get any worse at all.
The reason that people think the Cavs will easily win is not Kyrie and Love, but Lebron. Haters like you know it already, but I do not expect you to admit it.

Kyrie is better than Lowry

24/6 on 60% TS vs 19/7 on 48% TS.

Love has also been better than Derozen

19/13 on 52% TS vs 20/5 on 42% TS

ShawkFactory

Lowry and Kyrie are close.

Kyrie is obviously the more explosive scorer but Lowry is a better playmaker and defender. Plus he can fill it up when he gets going too.

Depends on what you need but overall I'd probably take Lowry. My opinion could easily change after this series though.

Love is better than Derozan. Unless Derozan has a fluke game where he's super hot..but Love is more consistent.

People on this site always underrate him. When asked if Kyrie was the best player in the playoffs so far after game 4 in Detroit where he wrapped up the series averaging 27 on good shooting, many were listing names likes Isiah Thomas and Lowry. Both ended up having awful games afterwards. Same thing last year people were saying lillard is better than him even after Kyrie dropped 55 on Portland. Lillard went on to have a horrible season shooting. So, I'm fine with the posters on here slighting Kyrie. He always seems to excel when disresprcted

I mean, they can't realistically win more than a game let alone series without him. Especially against Cleveland.

I do agree he's been overrated but he can only play against the competition he's put up against.

Smoke117

I'd take Lowry over Kyrie any day of the week. Kyrie would be a disaster on the Raptors while Lowry could easily fit right in on the Cavs and improve them with his defense and playmaking.

This is the best investment opportunity for quick cash folks, put down any amount and you are guaranteed to walk away with more. idk what the odds are, but like I told my dude, find me a bookie...tell em I got $5k on the Cavs.
