If Hinkie was around I could see them trading noel for the pick but the Colengelos already hinted at trading the Lakers pick if it fell to them so I don't think it will happen.
Sixers already got enough talent debuting next year Embiid (3rd overall) maybe Saric (12th overall) they will have 2 late first rounders to go along with the 1st overall pick in june.
I could see them trading one or more of there first rounders for quality veterans before they trade for pick 3.

George/Butler + Simmons + Okafor + few free agents is alot better than going with two unknowns in Embiid and Saric, both should be traded before any NBA team becomes the wiser and their value (esp Embiid) falls to nothing

I don't think that's possible Embiid and saric have yet to play a single game so I don't think Chi or Ind would want them at the cost of their best players. Noel has more value than Embiid but that could change very fast I don't think Noel would be enough even with the 2 late first rounders. Only way I see us getting Paul or Jimmy is if offer all that for just one of them and I really wouldn't want to do that if I was running things in philly.

He's not terrible actually. He can be a good rim protector and post defender. But just like most bigs he gets burned on PR defense.
