A couple seasons ago we were left with nothing. Gasol gone, Howard left, no picks, Nash retired. In just 3 seasons, Mitch KUPGAWD and JIM DA BOSS BUSS managed to get

- Clarkson
- Randle
- Russell
- Larry Nance
- Luke Walton as HC (hottest commodity)
- Ingram / Simmons
+ 60 mill in cap space.

Thats why the Lakers are always up there boys. The purp n gold, believe it.

This. The lakers have some good pieces. Lets see how it translates into wins. 35 wins would be a good start.

Hey dickhead....they're in the fcking shit...lottery again next season.
No playoffs again.

You haven't done shit to prove otherwise yet.

No doubt you'll overpay demar and maybe Whiteside and continue to make up the lottery numbers.

So much denial itt

The Lakers haven't turned it around yet.

Also, LA is one of the top destination. That helps.

You both sucked after the Dwight trade.. Now to be in the similar positions, The Sixers actually have more trade pieces than the Lakers.

They offloaded the worst contract in history.

2 Team USA players who will finally get to develop in a proper system rather than a farewell spectacle.

Woooow hold up Pac.

Remember Sixers get your lottery pick next year. Lakers ain't in front yet.

But to be fair stars want to be in Hollywood so it is easy to draw stars to LA. And honestly the organization is run pretty well. We ain't had legit opperations since Croce left. But the Sixers haven't always sucked, it has been like 4 years, and we got pieces out of that. Like the 2016 number one draft pick. Real talk.

Let's see last time Sixers made playoffs was 2012 and were 1 game away from the eastern conference finals
Last time Lakers were in the playoffs was 2013 and got swept first round.
I like Philly core alot better than Lakers core
1st overall pick
Embiid
Okafor
Noel
Saric
Since you placed Nance on your list I could put Jerami Grant and Covington since they are all better than larry.
And two lottery picks next year (thanks LA)
We will also have the most Cap space this summer, sorry bro but the lights brighter at the end of our tunnel. Where do you think you're going with that core in the western conference? Even if you guys sign Barnes and Whiteside still gonna be lottery bound for the next couple years.

There are some good Lakers posters, but you are not one of them.

Sixers will pick the best guy in the draft, Simmons.

Yeah man I wish we can make playoffs but it's highly unlikely, we finished with just 10 wins this season and with the east improving I think we would need 41-44 for just the 8th seed even if Colengelo over pays some free agents I don't see a 30+ improvement. Big time free agents won't come to us yet alot of teams have money to max them out as well only way I see us in the hunt for a playoff seed is if we make some kind of trade to net us a all star.

First off, the Lakers still suck, and probably will for another 2-3 years...

Also, it's not that hard to rebuild when you are LA and you have unlimited cap room now that Kobe is gone.

But, let's let them 'turn it around' first before we claim they've turned it around, because as of now, they haven't done anything any other team hasn't done.

Larry Nance Jr. is a sold pick up in the draft you idiot

Hottest coach on the Market: Check

Hot Talent: Check

Capspace: Check

We are in this. We will be fighting for playoffs next season depending on who we get in free agency.

Lakers got the #2 pick in a one player draft. You're going to be in the lottery for a long time.

It will be different. 76ers will repeat in the lottery forever. Lakers are going to appear to be in the same boat, but will sign a big free agent and then claim that they had no advantages in signing big time free agents.
