As if the Cavs had an easy enough time against the Raptors, they don't even have the starter at the one position they have an advantage.

While what you say MAY sound smart it is actually the other way around.
It's the ECF, not many times you get there, especially as the raptors. While the series looks like it's over maybe lebron suffers an injury and the cavs implode. If he can contribute he should be on the floor.
