Errybody talking bout us getting Buddy H. I personally think that J. Brown has more potential. He is athletic, can play some defense and can get better at shooting. I think we should scoop him if he drops that far. What you think?

Both will be good but i never realized how athletic Jaylen was. Looks like Lebron with Wade's body. Hes about 6'5.5" with a 6'11 wingspan

Not a huge Pelican Fan but I think you go with Buddy. Jaylen is younger true, but Buddy can shoot slash and play SG at the next level right away. That core is young. You hit the lotto with a franchise big man, now it's time to surround that team with 2 way players and shooters. Davis has been in league since 2012. It's time to put out a consistent team now.

I can see why we would follow the trend of having slashing jump shooters but that's only if we assume Bud is a D. Lil caliber player. I don't want us to try and force a good team like before. We should look to be contenders in the next 3/4 years when Bran, Kd and curry start slowing. I wouldn't be mad at getting Bud tho.
Def need to ship some players and go after Seth Curry and Michael Beasley.

Jaylen Brown reminds me a lot of Iman Shumpert. He's super raw and unpolished.
I think Heild is more ready to contribute right out of the gate.

neither...this class is so weak the nba should have just made all these guys stay an extra year and do a draft next year.
nobody looks like they are gonna be the next thing...Brandon ingram has the best chance but I still see him being like a glorified scorer off the bench a la Crawford or jr smith...which is good....he will win a few 6th man of the year awards....but cmon dude is gonna be a top 3 pick.....u don't draft a sixth man of the year in the top 3.
simmons is gonna bust....the best player in this draft 10 years from now will be somebody nobody is talking about now.......WATCH.

I actually think the best value guard who will be on a great team and playing very good is GP II. Definitely won't be as good as his dad, but he can score and play defense with very good athletiscm and size at the combo position.

Could become a poor man's westbrook with better defense

No one talks about him because he's PAC 10 and went to JUCO but I see NBA level athleticism, defense that will be good out the gate and an actual abilit to penetrate.
Watch the Spurs or Golden State pick him up. He's going to be the best value Picks 27 on...

No way Brandon Ingram doesn't turn into at least a Demar Derozan level player. I'd say he's a little better than Andrew Wiggins was coming in. Simmons will bust. Jaylen could end up like Jimmy Butler in a few years.

3 months ago people got mad at me when I said Simmons reminds me of young Boris Diaw.
People forget Diaw before SA was very athletic who could pass rebound and not shoot at all.
Simmons is so chill it's hard to determine his work ethic. If he turned out to be Lamar Odom of the LA Lakers, that would be decent but not good enough as a first pick.
