The fact is Raptors have a top 4 record in the league, and can beat any team in the league in a best of 7 except maybe GSW and Cleveland.

All-Stars

GSW- 3
Raptors- 2
Spurs- 2
OKC- 2
Cavs- 1


Even from a talent perspective they stack up well with the other elite teams, they have all-stars on both backcourt positions.









Even if they were in the West,they would make the 3rd seed and would be playing GSW/OKC right now in the Conference Finals instead.
