I remember trying to explain to you what a **** hire Skiles was to no avail last year.

I approve of this hire. Good luck. May some of that youthful talent finally blossom.

I think what they really need is an elite shooting coach. Elf/Dipo/Gordon/Vuc is tough sledding shooting wise. Fournier/Hez can shoot but that's not enough these days.

I didnt like what I saw in Indiana on offense.

I dont think you should be allowed to coach unless you preach and get players to buy into man movement, ball movement, and 3 point shooting.

Oladipo is below ave shooter at 43%, 4 assists to 2.1 turnovers,
Fournier has overachieved and will probably struggle to keep that 40%3pt%.
While Gordon is a great athlete, he is a terrible shooter.
Vogel is a great hire but he will terribly miss Paul George and probably the veteran presence of Nate McMillan in the bench. Bec the East is very weak after the top 5 teams, I expect them to squeak by and be in the playoffs.

There were 10 teams in the east at or above .500. Magic need to get a superstar if they wanna make the playoffs next year and hope nobody else in the east improves.
