Durant. McGrady was a better ball handler, playmaker and passer tho. I would still take Durant overall I think.

I can see that. I feel like Durant has the ability to score 70 points, but will he?

Durant by far

KD's careers average are better than the second best season from mcgrady. In terms of scoring KD is clearly better, as good as McGrady was. As a player KD is also better, tracy was amazing tho

I would say Durant! KD is FLAT OUT one of the greatest shooters of all time! A 50-40-90 type of guy. Doing that at 6'10 or 6'11 with great handles for a guy that size takes things to the next level. So basically, KD is the best combo of shooting and handles EVER at the SF position! SICK!!

With that said T Mac was EPIC too! The main difference for me is KD's pure shooting ability. In other aspects of scoring, those two are very similar in terms of scoring skillset and dominance. Before KD's all around game evolved, I thought T Mac was the better player peak wise. But at this point, KD is the superior player, even though it's not by a huge margin.

LOL, is this for real?

Durant's in a completely different stratosphere. High volume scoring on ridiculous efficiency year-after-year. Leads a top 5 offense at worst every season too.

T-Mac gets so ridiculously overrated because of that 1 outlier of a season. He never sniffed 2003 again.

Durant is the better overall player, but when you talk about scoring, Mcgrady isn't far behind. Was a better offensive player then Kobe

Orlando Tmac with the modern rule changes would have been scary. Dude was scoring 32pts per game when the defense was arguably at its best in the early 2000s.

He would have. Durant back in 2002 ain't doing 50/40/90 type shit either, he's get his numbers but not on the same efficiency.

KD's the most gifted scorer of all time. I"M NOT SAYING the best. Even though he's in that mix too. The fact he's a 50-40-90 marksman at 7'0, has best handle of any player his height, and has the total package scoring skillset inside the three point line, hands down KD over T Mac. T Mac IN GENERAL has the great total package scoring skillset from all areas like KD. But he's not as efficient OR cause the matchup nightmare that KD does. I would say T Mac has one of the top 10 scoring skillsets ever among the perimeter players. But KD is the KING in that regard!
