1. Durant plays defense now, have you seen him recently, he is actually giving effort, blocking shots, doing a great job of staying in front of his man
2. Westbrook passes the ball IN to the post. I've said this over and over and over. If these quick chucking point guards would just get over themselves and pass the ball to the big on drives, then they would be unstoppable. Allen Iverson never learned it, same shit.
Much of that has to fall on Donovan, turns out Brooks was indeed a bad coach.

This.
It's the role players. Waiters has been absolutely terrific on the defensive end, and Roberson is actually hitting shots.

They got better players around KD/WB and WB had one of the more impressive turnarounds ever. Went from a combo guard to one of the best passers ever.

2. Length on defense, pace on offense -- The general sense coming into this series, from a Thunder perspective, was OKC should never go small. There was no way to outWarriors the Warriors. If you were trading Adams/Kanter minutes for Roberson/Waiters/choose your OKC wing, then Golden State was winning. That held true for two games. In Game 3, though, that line of thought was obliterated. The Thunder went small and annihilated every Golden State lineup it went up against. The final tally: 45-15 in 12 minutes together, including a 13-1 domination of the Warriors Death Lineup in the final three minutes of the first half. How was it done? With length on defense and pace on offense. The Warriors small-ball center is Draymond Green, listed at 6-foot-7 but really somewhere closer to 6-5 or 6-6. The Thunder's small-ball center is Serge Ibaka, who is 6-foot-10. OKC's small-ball power forward is Kevin Durant, who is 6-foot-11 and pushing 7-feet. Forget his 6-9 listing. So while the Thunder is going small in theory, it's staying relatively big defensively. And when those lanky and quick defenders are engaged, OKC can terrorize opponents. Draymond Green had a terrible night. It wasn't just the groin kick or the plus/minus of -43, the worst in recorded playoff history. It was the 1-of-9 shooting night where he had a nightmare time finishing over OKC's arms.

Was that the reason for the Draymond kick. Just kidding, just having fun with it while it last. I feel Golden State will win the next two games and the forum will twist one more time. Every fan is just waiting for the tide to turn on there favor and then they'll be back riding the wave.

I say luck has a lot to do with it; I mean, they should have lost Game 2 against the Spurs and Game 1 against the Warriors but the refs blew it. They have however turned a corner, much better team than what I saw during the Regular Season

They haven't turned the Corner yet. Running a spent, overworked, and overused Warriors team out of the gym means nothing until they win it all. Otherwise, they are what they have been this entire team..2 stars who can't win it all.

The main factor is that Curry is fresh off an MCL tear and is not 100%.

Yup, a simple post pass to Ibaka and a Westbrook cut gets a much easier look.

* the elite team more athletic in the league
* two top 5-6 players finding his game at the same time = domination

roberson just making a few plays, so they pay somewhat for ignoring him entirely on offense makes a huge difference. if hes not hurting the thunder on offense, they have a sick two way starting five, with length and size at all five spots.

Ever had a torn ligament? Doubt itl as you'd know you can't come back after 2 weeks. What you mean is a partial rupture, but when a doctor says tear he means full blown. A partial rupture would still leave you in a lot of pain after two weeks; Curry doesn't look like he plays through pain.
