They just are not as good as people think they are. You need to understand that 2-3 years ago under Mark Jackson, they were a mere 50 wins team(47 wins and then 51 wins). Then all of a sudden, they had a stroke of luck and won 67 and 73 games b2b, but it doesnt mean they are this good. Look at the Hawks last year, they were by far the worst 60 wins team in NBA history, and their luck ran out at the end of last year's regular season. The Warriors are just a better version of the Hawks, and their luck happens to last a lot longer. In the very end though, luck will run out and they will be back to mediocrity.

Defense wins championships. They can't stop OKC. Combine that with a risky offense of relying on 3s and it's a recipe for a major backfire.

I think this is less about what the W's aren't doing and more about how well OKC is playing.

Draymond is getting exposed, he is -28 at half so far

Klay is really really overrated, people keep thinking he is this great defender when you watch the games he gets torched all game, and there isn't one statistic that suggest he is a good defender...

Curry is playing decent he is pulling down 15/2/2/1 while playing good defense but he isn't 100%

If Curry isn't going nuclear this team is slightly above average, that is the fact of the matter

Thunder just wants it more, more energy and urgency. Warriors can't just expect their shots to fall, they have to work for it.

Heart. Lack of urgency. Wanting to be cool all the time. Plus 73 wins must have gotten to their collective heads.

Uh, Draymond and to a lesser extent Klay Thompson have improved from 2 to 3 years ago. Not to mention Steve Kerr is a better coach than Jackson.

You don't "luckily" win 67 to 73 games back to back, especially in a tough Western conference.

It's more the fact that OKC is ballin' right now.

Flash in the pan like all these guys. Lebron with 2 titles, Curry with 1, Westbrook might win 1. This is what makes you appreciate the dominance of guys like Duncan. They kept doing it when all these other flashes in the pan fizzled out after a little success.

Just look at the Thunder's effort, grabbing every 50-50 ball while Warriors are so casual with their passes. Very un-Warrior like. I'm starting to question how Kerr motivates his players.

he is.. but so is curry.

these guys are all showing their critical weaknesses here.

Draymond cant shoot, Curry cant handle physicalality, and Klay forces too many dumb quick shots.

OKC's stamina allows them to control the pace. And when GSW tries to keep up, they start to become reckless while OKC thrives.

silly turnovers
rebounds,no box outs
refs, giving fouls when the lead go under 10 points
hustle
missing open shots
and okc players shooting much better than the standard

Steve Kerr is ass. Jackson, who improved the team record each year he was coach and should be credited with putting this Warriors team together, was fired because he couldn't get along with management.

Kerr is being carried by a team that Jackson built. Much like Jon Gruden was being carried by a team that Tony Dungy built.

All still better than Tony Parker

Westbrook makes his team worse, especially when he takes so many shots away from Durant. Give me Parker over him 7 days a week. He would never make it in Pop's system.

The Warriors roster is good enough to win this series, but it's time that Kerr realized that Curry is not a starter.

Bring him off the bench for 5-10 minutes twice a half.

He just gives up way too much at the defensive end, and he is turnover prone to boot.

Give him 10-15 good looks a game, and let Klay and company take care of the rest.

Warriors have one superstar, Thunder have two

Disagree on this. If you think about it, what they are really missing is a big with an offensive game. They rely too much on perimeter play, jump shots and threes. This team misses a guy like David Lee who had a game down low. OKC really doesn't have to worry about their bigs being an offensive threat outside of dump offs and put backs. OKC has length and can run Golden State off their sweet spots. They also have the total package on offensive, bigs who can score down low on their own and when the Warriors try to collapse the guys on the wing who can punish them and drive.
