I noticed that too when Durant was walking the ball up. Doesn't seem like its been called in a long time.

Only gets called when shot clock hits 15, not 16

When the clock hits 16 it's actually 16.9 seconds, so no violation yet. It'll only get called if the clock hits 15

Nah there was one after a GS miss and he was walking it up real slow and I was staring at the clock read 15 while still in the backcourt.
I'm sure there's a ton of close calls, but they won't call them.
