View Full Version : We gonna sit here and act like Durant hasn't turned into an elite defender?

Durant is going to outplay Bran easily in the finals, IMO. He's now a ferocious defender and uses his length exceptionally well.

If Bran tries to go one on one with Durant, it's going to be a huge advantage for OKC.

That will be THREE FINALS MVP AWARD WINNERS IN A ROW ON BRAN. That will be UNFORGIVABLE.

He still won't be able to handle Lebron's strength in the post.

And Lebron always seems to play well when they're matched up

You really couldn't just credit Durant's defense without bringing up LeBron? Fuccing obsessed :lol

Reminds me of a young KG with how versatile he is on that end.

I'd go with Randy Foye. Lebron seems to be scared to score against midgets.

Ex. Barea, Lowry, Rafer, Patty Mills etc.

Not the same Durant and not the same Bran.

And people need to stop acting like Durant hasn't put up HUGE numbers on Bran while never shying away from going at him WITHOUT PICKS.

People will mock this, but it's true.

He can meet you at the rim and he can step out on the perimeter against smaller players.

He's been straight up embarrassing Green at the rim.

It's just a mental thing.

Lebron has always held the edge.

They've both put up big numbers against each other but Bron has done it more often and has come out on top more.

We'll see if it's actually changed.

Justin. Durant has said numerous times he patterns himself after Lebron. He is Lebron's servant. He has has stated his place in life is second behind Lebron.

He is Lebron Lite. He is Diet Lebron. And there is no substitute for the original.

Now sit DOWN please.

You mean he's always had the more stacked team.

Durant sees Lebron as a big brother. The mental edge was always with Lebron. This Durant is better. if they match up, Lebron can score on Durant.

He's always had the mental edge is what I mean. It's obvious.

He's out-dueled KD when matched up against each other than the other way around.

Didn't say he was as good, just that he has those similar attributes in terms of size and wingspan and he can defend all over the court

his weakness is going up against stronger guys like Lebron. He can't handle Bron in the post.

Didn't you say the same thing about Klove and Curry? Your opinions don't mean jack. You have no credibility on this site.
