I don't recall any other team since 2002 winning a Game 7 on the road which is why I give OKC no chance tomorrow. It's just something you don't see too often in the playoffs. I been watching the NBA since 88 and I don't recall seeing a road team win a game 7 on the road that often.

The other road team I remember coming close to winning a Game 7 was the 2001 Raptors

not even close. Bulls-Nets 2013, Clippers-Grizzlies 12, Spurs-Hornets 08, Mavs-Spurs 06, pistons-heat 05 just to name some that come to mind.

Not sure but this is what HCA is all about, playing game 7 at home. On top of my head, I think home teams in game 7 have like a near 90% winning pct. Game 7 is a different monster.

I was wrong. Home teams in game 7 have an 80% winning pct. But still ridiculously high.

It is really high. I would love to know the home team win percentage in EACH of the 7 games of a series (5 in the case of the short first round years ago). 80% seems like it would be by FAR the highest, probably followed by game 1/2, but maybe the gap isn't as big as we think.

GSW will win 112-96. Competitive game for a while... and then not.

07 Jazz at Houston. I'm pretty sure some other 4-5 match-ups went to 7 games with the 5 winning.
