NBA has a set ref rotation. Scott Foster was supposed to ref tonight but GS is 2-6 in the last 2 playoffs with him reffing, they replaced Foster with Danny Crawford.

Or maybe it's because he's the worst ref in the league by far? :lol Congrats to Tim for TMZ headline though, real journalism :applause:

Scott Foster is trash.. Danny Crawford (who is pretty shitty himself) isn't as bad so I don't see anything wrong with this.

Any ref with the last name Crawford deserves a kick in the teeth.

stuff likes this makes you wonder what the league is thinking. No matter their intention, even if it was to exclude a bad referee from a critical game this just looks bad. Then you have to wonder, that if this ref is not fit to officiate a NBA game, why does he still have a job?

http://www.latimes.com/sports/nba/la-sp-nba-best-worst-referees-20160131-story.html

Nevertheless, according to our survey, here are the three best NBA referees:

1. Danny Crawford, who got 30 votes.

2. Joey Crawford (no relation), with 25 votes.

3. Monty McCutchen, with 13 votes.

And now the three worst officials in the league, according to players and coaches we surveyed:

1. Scott Foster, with 24 votes.

2. Lauren Holtkamp, with 14 votes.

3. Marc Davis, with 12 votes.

despite the missed travel call, I think Monty McCutchen's crew is pretty good

Good question.

Stats when Crawford does a Warriors a game.

Playoff games over the last two seasons: 34
Playoff games with Scott Foster: 8
Record without Scott Foster: 21-5
Record with Scott Foster: 4-4
Point differential without Scott Foster: +9.5
Point differential with Scott Foster: +2

The shamelessness is amazing but they figure most fans and media want GS to win so no one will really call them out

They had it rigged for OKC in Game 6 and OKC still choked. DO NOT COMPLAIN.

I Wish NBA players would just phase the crooked referees out with elite clutch shooting, and playing top notch defense instead of constantly complaining about it. The NBA been sissified ever since after the Ron Artest Malice at the Palice fight. NBA been rigged since the late 50s if you want to be honest about it.

it doesnt matter.

If westbrook charges into you and falls down, or KD swings his arms through your body and flops.. no top notch defense can stop refs from calling it, if they want to call it. You can try to phase it out with the perfect shooting but theres no margin for error since the other side is guaranteed to get something almost every trip.

Zach Zarba needs to be reffing tonight. He's the best NBA ref there is.
