Yep. There is literally ZERO explanation for that. There was even a precedent set JUST THE DAY BEFORE and it was ignored. THEN THEY DIDN'T SUSPEND HIM FOR TRIPPING SOMEONE THE NEXT GAME! The league has zero shame and exists as a money making machine first and foremost. It is not about the fans, or the teams.
