Either Curry has a legendary season, punching his early bird ticket above Kobe on the all time list, while another valiant but against overwhelming odds finals appearance for LeBron boosters his top 5 status

Or LeBron wins Cleveland's first championship in 52 years, breaking the curse and beating a legendary opponent, essentially fast tracking his inevitable top 3 status

We've hedged our bet

WE WIN AGAIN!

So Curry and the Dubs have a legendary season and LeBron has a chance to help Cleveland win its first NBA title (or go 2/7) and you wanna talk about Kobe?

Seems to me he's always winning with all this free rent. His google search results continue to increase even after retirement.

Lebron will be 2/7, so he moves down on the list, curry becomes 2/2, his position on the list doesn't matter as he will be not in top 10 yet, and Kobe remains in 8-12 range. These finals have no bearing on Kobe but a huge impact on Lebron.

rofl, wrong. If anything Curry winning ago just cements the fact that Lebron can't close it out.
