Great video. It's probably true. Even if you take away the angles and all of that, extra hair just blocks your line of sight. It's important to have a good follow through on the shot.

This is definitely true to some extent. Sometimes I shoot around with a baseball cap facing forward. After about 5 minutes I realize this isn't possible for a natural motion.
