Too many kids have confused two things ...
Passing the ball makes you a "great teammate" ... this is not the same thing as being a great LEADER.
LeBron doesn't lead or inspire or when needed put the fear into his teammates. Legitimately great players can lift their team and *push* teammates when needed to go to a different level.
Being a "leader" doesn't mean being a nice guy all the time or Mr. Popular.
That's what some don't get is that things like Jordan punching Kerr in the face and thinking that's bad ... that makes a great team *if* you know how to channel that properly because guess what?
That's nothing compared to what the other team will want to do to you at some point.
LeBron's teams are soft mentally, just like he is.

Lebron needs an alpha next to him...like Wade in Miami.

It starts with respect actually.
Few players actually respect bron that much.
OTOH kobe tries way too much

A good team? If GSW win this year, they will go down as one of the best teams ever. Dumbass :lol Why couldn't MJ beat any good teams in the 80s and had to wait for the watered down 90s, must be a chit player.

He just doesn't have the ability to take over offensively. Sure, he can have stretches here and there but he plays a lot more like a Pippen with an all around game rather than an MJ. Sometimes you need your leader to put the team on his back and carry you when nothing is happening.
